What is GalaxT's Exchange Policy for Jerseys/T-shirts?
If you are unhappy with the product that you have received, you can send it back to us within 7 days of the delivery via any cost-effective courier or registered post to our address (Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable)
Once we have received the products and our internal quality check has been carried out, the product amount will be credited back to your bank account in 48 Hrs. Refund of shipping is not applicable.
Free T-Shirts/Accessories your received from GalaxT are not returnable/exchangeable.

Note: Items will have to be unused and returned in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
What products cannot be returned/exchanged as per GalaxT's Exchange Policy?
All the accessories products like Caps, Beanies, Mugs, Keychains, Badges, Fridge Magnets, Wrist Bands etc. are not eligible for Returns/Exchanges. In case of any sort of manufacturing defect and/or defective products, you can mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help you out.
How do I send the product back?
You can send it back to us via a cost-effective courier company or registered post. Most courier companies will be willing to pick it up from your address.
Does GalaxT arrange for the product to be picked up from my address?
No, we do not offer this service at the moment.
Will I have to pay for returning the products?
Yes, you will have to bear the postal charges for sending your products back to us. This money is not refunded by GalaxT.
I have received a defective product. How do I proceed?
If you have received a defective product, send us images at email@example.com and we will get back to you. On cofirmation from our team, we shall send you new set of product.
How can I get a refund for my Prepaid order if I cancel it?
We can refund your Prepaid payment on request in case you have requested to cancel your order through the previously mentioned procedure. Refunds will be processed through the same mode of payment within 7 working days.
